About Me
Welcome — I’m Ria.
I am a claircognizant, clairsentient, and clairaudient intuitive, with developing mediumship abilities and a lifelong connection to energy and spirit.
My path has been shaped by profound personal healing — through childhood trauma, chronic health conditions, loss, and spiritual awakening. These lived experiences now guide my work as an accredited spiritual coach and Reiki healer, specialising in women’s health, fertility, and ancestral trauma release.
I help clients gently navigate:
- Childhood neglect, abuse, and narcissistic dynamics
- IVF failure, miscarriage, endometriosis, and chronic pain
- Menopause, perimenopause, and emotional shutdown
- Toxic workplaces, burnout, self-abandonment, grief, and core wounds around self-worth
My approach blends energetic healing, intuitive insight, and shadow integration, creating space for deep emotional transformation and soul-level repair.
I also offer Reiki to support:
- Fertility journeys
- Trauma release held in the womb and body
- Clearing ancestral or inherited emotional patterns that may still be stored in your energetic system
I believe healing begins where we dare to look — into the shadows.

I’m based in the UK, and sessions are available remotely.

Reiki
Reiki can aid the flow of life force energy around the body to help with a variety of ailments and issues. I can personally vouch for its effectiveness for chronic pain associated with endometriosis, mental health problems and stress. Distance Reiki
I specialise in Distance Reiki - a powerful healing practice where the universal life force energy is not limited by time or space. This means it can be directed to wherever it's needed, anywhere in the world. I focus on using this energy to gently clear past and ancestral trauma that may be lingering in your energy field, helping you feel lighter, more balanced, and free.
